Navigation and Interface

The MENU Icon is your best friend! When in doubt, click on this icon and it will list all of the different sections of the app. This icon is in the top left hand corner of the SMART phone app at all times.

Below is a listing of the different sections and what each section is for:

Home Page  : This page shows you your daily macro nutrients for the foods you have eaten and input, your blood glucose results after testing, and your insulin tracking for the day.

Your Goal : This section will show you what you input when you signed up in regards to current height, weight and weight goals, calories and macro goals, blood glucose targets and goals, and workout goals.

Food :This section is where you can input and see the foods you have eaten for the day along with your macros. You can also create, add, and save your own foods and recipes. Some features listed here are for PREMIUM VERSION ONLY.

Food Barcode Scanner : This section is where you can scan the bar code on a food container using this scanner and the camera on your phone to get nutritional information of a food you are about to eat.

Exercises : This section is where you can keep track of the exercises you have done and track how many calories you have burned vs how many calories you have eaten so far for the day.

Meds/Supplement : This section is where you can keep track of the medications you are taking and what you have taken so far for the day and also set up any medication reminders.

Insulin Calculator : This section is where you can check how much insulin you may need to take based on your blood sugar testing results and determine how to adjust your fasting sugars, pre-meal adjustments, or a blood sugar correction dose (PREMIUM VERSION ONLY).

Blood Glucose : This section is where you can input, edit, and track your blood sugar results, as well as set up your blood glucose checking reminders.

Weight : This section is where you can log and track your overall weight relative to your weight goals.

More : This section will show you more features that our application offers.

Reports : This section is where you can pull data and see trends based on your different inputs into the application. You can check your Blood Glucose trends, macronutrient trends, insulin chart, or weight chart.

Stress Management : This section is where you can pull up different audios or videos related to managing stress. Just plug in some headphone when stressed and play one of these relaxation audios.

Notes : This section is where you can keep track of the different notes you have input into the different sections.

App User Guide : This section is where you go to if you are trying to figure out how to use a specific feature of function in this application.

Support : This is where you can go to report any technical issues or bugs that you uncover in the software, or get a hold of us for any other reason.

More Products : This is where you can access any of the other products that we offer to help our clients achieve the best results possible when it comes to managing their Diabetes.

Stay Connected : This is where you can join our facebook page or invite friends to utilize our app so you can share in the experience.

Community and Education : This is where you can access our forum, our weekly lessons, or blog posts, or to ask questions of the inhouse nutritionist. You are also able to provide reviews and testimonials of our app. We love to hear great feedback!

Settings : This is where you can change your settings such as your password, update your profile, your configuration settings, email settings, social media settings, push notifications, security settings, and your subscription settings.

Logout : This is where you can log out of the app at any time.

Interface

Home Page

This is where you can keep track of your daily macro nutrients for the foods you eat and input, your blood glucose tests, and your insulin tracking for the day.

Macros (calories, carbs, proteins, Fats). The top number displays how many calories, or grams of the other macros you have input so far today in your meal diary and the number below it shows how much you have left you can eat for each category based on the goals you set for yourself in the "Your Goals" section. This is where you decide how many calories you prefer to consume daily and what % of your calories you prefer to come from Carbs, Proteins, and Fats.

Each time you make an input for the foods you eat in the "Food" section, the numbers in these circles will change.

You have the ability to see previous day's MACROS using < Today > towards the top of your screen.

When you are ready to start inputting Foods that you eat, simply click on the Food button in the web site or click next to the " > " on your phone app near "Macros" heading.

Blood glucose . There are 4 circles on this home page. If you want to adjust your goals for your "high" and "low" targets you would do that through.

Circle 1: Shows you your last BG reading
Circle 2: Shows you the average of all the readings you input for the day so far
Circle 3: Shows you your average readings over the last 7 days
Circle 4: Shows you your average readings over the last 30 days

When you are ready to start inputting BG readings, simply click on Blood Glucose button on the web site or click next to the " > " on your phone app near the "Blood Glucose" heading.

Insulin: This circles on your home page ONLY appear if you have your configuration settings for tracking insulin set to "YES". If it is set to "Yes".

Circle 1 will show your last insulin injection reading
Circle 2 will show how much insulin you have taken so far today

When you are ready to start inputting insulin readings, simply click on "Medication" button on the web site or click next to the " > " on your phone app near the "Insulin" heading.
